This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information in connection with our website, platform, and Services, including swaps, cross-chain transactions, and related functionalities (collectively, the “Services”).
Definitions:
“We,” “us,” “our” = Quantum Swap
“You,” “your,” “user” = any individual accessing the Services
By accessing or using the Services, or by agreeing to our Terms of Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Notice.
Important: If any part of this Privacy Notice is unacceptable to you, do not use the Services.
Transaction Data
When performing a transaction (swap, cross-chain swap, send/receive tokens), Quantum Swap automatically collects Transaction Data, including:
Sending wallet address
Receiving wallet address
Token types and amounts
Transaction timestamps
IP address
Note: We do not actively attempt to personally identify you, but Transaction Data could theoretically allow identification.
Retention:
Standard: 72 hours, automatically deleted
Extended: Retained only if a support issue requires it, then deleted post-resolution
Immediate Deletion Option: Users can immediately delete Transaction Data via the “Manage My Data” page. Be aware that deleting data immediately may limit support effectiveness.
Wallet & Token Information
When connecting your wallet:
We receive wallet addresses, token balances, and transaction history relevant to the swap
Network information (Solana, Ethereum, BSC, etc.) is collected to facilitate routing
For multi-chain swaps, multiple wallet connections may be required
Staking or Token-Related Events:
If using staking or other token services, we may track staked balances, dates, quantities, and related events
All staking and unstaking actions are private within Quantum Swap but are visible on public blockchains
User Data Collection
Data Provided by Users
Wallet addresses and public blockchain info
Usernames, IDs, or passwords for optional account services
Communications via email, Telegram, Discord, or social media
User-generated content (posts, images, videos, messages)
Automatically Collected Data
Device info, operating system, and browser type
IP address and geolocation
Analytics data for usage patterns
Note: Quantum Swap does not use cookies.
Third-Party Data Sources
Interactions with other users on Telegram, Discord, or social platforms
Business partners or integrated service providers
Publicly available blockchain and blockchain analytics providers
Social media profiles (subject to privacy settings)

Provide and operate the Services, including executing swaps and cross-chain transactions

With Consent: For public testimonials, community features, or other purposes approved by the user
Law Enforcement
Quantum Swap cooperates with law enforcement to the extent legally required in investigations of illicit activity.
Children and Young People
The Services are not directed at users under 18. If a minor provides personal information, parents or guardians may request deletion via support. Any data collected from minors will be promptly deleted.
Third-Party Websites & Links
Quantum Swap may link to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Notice does not cover their practices. We are not responsible for their content, data handling, or privacy policies.
Security & Best Practices
Access Quantum Swap only via the official website or app
Never share your private keys or seed phrases
Be cautious of phishing attempts or unofficial social media accounts; Quantum Swap admins never DM first
Review and adjust privacy settings on any third-party wallets or platforms connected to Quantum Swap
